Hip Replacement
Situated at the edge of waterfront conservation land and subject to rigorous development restrictions, Hip Replacement renovated and expanded a 1900s-era cottage. The foundation and chimney from the original residence were recycled into a new structure that achieves Passive House-levels of performance and celebrates its panoramic views of the Charles River.
