Squid Cove

Since its inception, Squid Cove has seen both the forest and the trees. The new home was to be interesting but not impressive, colloquial but not rustic, simple but not sparse. Every element of the design was measured against this spectrum, from the massing of the building to the transitions between flooring. Each detail honors the clients’ greater vision of a retreat steeped in beauty and focused on connecting with nature.
